Approved memory provides a lifetime warranty on all products purchased by our OEM (original equipment manufacturer) customers. All products purchased by non-OEM customers have a 30 day warranty. Please contact one of our representatives to determine if you qualify as an OEM.

Should you encounter a failure with any Approved Memory product within 30 days of the original purchase, we will ship you new product within 24 hours. All you need to do is contact your Approved Memory representative and a replacement product will be on it's way.
Stocking products that ship from stock may be returned for credit within 30 days of the original purchase. Special order quantities, special order items, custom builds, etc. are non-returnable.
